Ambassador program

Play it, film it, run it

An official programme for the people already carrying Subsoccer — the creators making the content and the community managers filling the room. Two roles, kit and support, no commission. Everything below follows the terms of participation.

Two tracks

Pick the one that's already you

Creator

Content, your channels

You make and publish Subsoccer content to your own audience, on your own channels. You decide the format — we don't commission or approve individual posts.

Your acceptance notice names your channels and your quarterly content minimum.

  • Brand assets and written guidance, licensed for programme use
  • Your content reused on the official channels, credited where the format allows
  • Equipment on loan when your plan justifies it

Community manager

Tournaments, your city

You build and run the Subsoccer scene in a named city or region: meetups, leagues, tournaments and venue relationships. You are the local face of the game.

Your acceptance notice names your territory and your quarterly event minimum.

  • Rights to run events on the Subsoccer GO platform, under the GO terms
  • Approved event costs reimbursed up to your cap, against receipts
  • The planner and run sheet tools, plus a named contact at Subsoccer

What you get

Every ambassador, both tracks

Equipment on loan

Tables, units and accessories sent to you for programme use. They stay Subsoccer property, and come back at the end.

Event costs covered

Approved event costs reimbursed up to the cap in your acceptance notice, against receipts, within 30 days of a valid claim.

Brand assets and kit

A limited licence to the Subsoccer name, logo and brand assets, plus an event kit and written guidance.

Subsoccer GO

Rights to run your events on the Subsoccer GO platform, subject to the GO terms of use.

A listing on the ambassador page

Your name and photo on the public ambassador page — on your consent, withdrawable at any time.

A named contact

One person at Subsoccer who answers you: leads, kit, questions, and anything you need signed off.

None of this is guaranteed for a fixed period: what you get is named in your acceptance notice, and we can change, reduce or withdraw items with reasonable notice. Equipment is a loan, not a gift — a university tournament ending in a real final is the kind of case that gets the S7.

What we ask

The deal, stated plainly

Creator

  • Hit the published-content minimum in your acceptance notice, every three months
  • Label the relationship in the post itself — "Subsoccer Ambassador", "kaupallinen yhteistyö" or "#ad" — every time
  • Only make product, pricing and availability claims we've given you in writing
  • Clear the rights to your music, footage and anyone recognisable in frame

Community manager

  • Hit the events minimum in your acceptance notice, every three months
  • Your event is yours: venue, permits, safety, first aid and insurance are on you
  • Look after loaned equipment, report loss or damage within 7 days, return it within 14 of the programme ending
  • Pass buyers to your Subsoccer contact — no quoting, no discounting, no signing on our behalf

The terms, short version

What you're agreeing to

  • You are not an employee, an agent or a reseller. You cannot sell, quote prices or sign anything for us.
  • You get kit, reimbursement and access. You do not get commission.
  • Equipment we lend you stays ours. Look after it and give it back when the programme ends.
  • You keep your content. We get permission to reuse it.
  • Say clearly that you work with us, every time, in every post.
  • Either of us can end this at any time with 30 days' notice.

This summary is here to help you read the rest. Where the two conflict, the numbered clauses in the terms of participation are what count. Finnish law applies.

How the programme runs

Acceptance notice

A written notice names your role, your territory or channels, your quarterly minimum and your reimbursement cap. That's when the terms take effect.

In the programme

Kit, brand licence, reimbursement, Subsoccer GO and a named contact, for as long as you're meeting the minimum.

Ending it

Either side, any reason, 30 days' written notice. Equipment goes back, the brand licence stops, published content can stay up.

Questions

The things people ask

Am I employed by Subsoccer?
No. It's not employment, a franchise, a partnership or a distribution deal. You're an independent participant, responsible for your own taxes and social contributions where you live.
Do I earn commission on sales?
No. There's no fee, salary, retainer, finder's fee or commission. If you meet someone who wants to buy, pass them to your Subsoccer contact — selling is a separate reseller conversation.
Who owns the equipment?
Subsoccer does. It's lent to you for programme use only, risk passes to you on delivery, and it comes back within 14 days of the programme ending.
Who owns my content?
You do. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reuse and edit what you publish about Subsoccer, credited where the format allows.
How do I have to label posts?
In the post itself, where a reader sees it immediately — not in a bio or a comment. Marketing has to be recognisable as marketing under Finnish consumer law and its equivalents.
Who is liable at my events?
You are. Your events are yours — venue, permits, age suitability, crowd safety, first aid and insurance. Larger events need public liability cover.
